Dr. Othmar Belker
Since its foundation, Dr. Othmar Belker has held the position of Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BCM AG.
After studying Economics at the universities of Trier and Freiburg in Breisgau he completed his doctorate in 1990. He started his career as a restructuring consultant at Roland Berger & Partner in Munich and Berlin, and subsequently held positions as a member of the Management Board acting as CFO or Chairman across a broad spectrum of industries such as construction, trade, automotive suppliers, plant construction and health care. Due to his previous positions, the IPO of NORMA Group SE and its membership in the S-DAX and M-DAX, Dr. Belker brings a great wealth of experience in all tasks related to advising publicly listed companies.
Since 2017, Michael Schuster has held the position of Deputy Chairman of the Supervisory Board of BCM AG.
He studied law at the Universities of Mainz, Bonn and Frankfurt am Main and was admitted to the bar Frankfurt am Main in 1982. Since 1984, he has been working as an independent attorney in Frankfurt am Main with a focus on corporate law. Michael Schuster has acted in investment structures in connection with Brockhaus Private Equity GmbH since the year 2000.
Since 2018, Andreas Peiker has been a member of the Supervisory Board of BCM AG.
He studied electrical engineering and, in parallel, business administration and completed his studies in 1975 as Master of Engineering (Dipl.-Ing.). After a period of time abroad at Baileys Industrie (AEG) as well as the Canadian Imperial Bank of Commerce, he joined the family-owned company peiker acustic GmbH & Co. KG in 1975 and assumed the role as managing partner from 1983 until the company was sold to the French Valeo group in January 2016. To date he is the chairman of the management of peiker Holding GmbH and a chairman and advisory board member in various companies belonging to the holding company. Andreas Peiker has been awarded the German Federal Service Cross and has been a member of the Management Board and advisory board of the Rhein-Main-Taunus district group for several decades and has also been a delegate in the membership council and the investment committee of the State Association Hessen Metall.
Since February 2020, Martin Bestmann has been a member of the Supervisory Board of BCM AG.
He is founder and managing director of Pole Position Software GmbH which was founded in 1998 in Neunkirchen am Brand. In his career as software entrepreneur spanning more than 30 years, he has founded several companies and created products which were sold to publicly listed companies in the USA and Canada. For several years now, Martin Bestman has acted as consultant to the listed US company Jamf (NASDAQ: JAMF) and is also member of the advisory board of several software companies.
Dr. Cornelius Liedtke
Since September 2020, Dr. Cornelius Liedtke has been a member of the Supervisory Board of BCM AG.
After studying economics at the University of Hamburg, his subsequent work as a research assistant at the university as well as his postgraduate studies at the London School of Economics, he received his doctorate in 1970. He has been a successful entrepreneur and investor for many years. Dr. Cornelius Liedtke is managing partner of various companies of the Büll & Dr. Liedtke Group, Hamburg (B&L Group) and other independent investment and asset management companies. Dr. Cornelius Liedtke has been a member of the advisory board of various medium-sized companies for many years. In addition, he has been a member of the Supervisory Board of Encavis AG, based in Hamburg, since 2007.
Prof. Dr. Christoph Hütten
Since April 2021, Prof. Dr. Christoph Hütten has been a member of the Supervisory Board of BCM AG.
After completing a bank apprenticeship and receiving degrees in Business Administration from Saarland University, Germany, and in Accountancy from the University of Dundee, Scotland, Prof. Dr. Christoph Hütten gained his doctorate in Business Administration. As an independent business consultant, he is advising and supporting companies in the areas of accounting, financial reporting and finance processes. Additionally, he serves as honorary professor for business science at Mannheim University. From 2003 until his early retirement in 2020 he held the position of Senior Vice President and Chief Accounting Officer at SAP SE with global responsibility for all of SAP’s financial reporting. Prof. Dr. Christoph Hütten has held positions on several supervisory boards as well as on various institutions in the field of international and national financial reporting.
